Common questions

How do I update a price? Pick the station, then tap Update. You need to be within 1 km of the station. Out of range, the button stays visible and tells you why.

What do Fresh, Recent, Aging and Stale mean? They show how long ago the price was last reported or confirmed. Fresh means minutes ago; Stale means it’s been days, and the price may have changed.

What does “confirmed” mean? Another spotter at the station saw the same price. More independent confirmations mean you can trust the price more.

Why are some stations marked “Needs a spotter”? Their price is old, disputed or missing. Checking one earns a bonus.

A price is wrong. What should I do? If you’re at the station, update it. If you’re not, tap Report on the station.

How do I delete my account? See Delete your account.
